A Ballon project egy videó akció, abból az ötletből indult, hogy egy kamerát a város fölé engednek San Francisco-ban. Mindenféle rögzítés, kötél nélkül a szélre, és a gravitációra bízva, és követik akárhol is landol. Az ötlet Luca Antonucci és Ira Mowen amerikai fiataloktól származik.
