Az angol Graham Stevens munkái, és filmjei több izgalmas kérdést vetnek fel, felfújható ballonokon keresztül. Ötlete azon alapszik, hogy egy olyan statikus formát épít, amely interakcióba lép a környezetével. A levegőben, vagy a vízen sétálni … egy tökéletes benyomást nyújthat erről az új kapcsolatról, egy műanyag hártya segítségével, mely az élő emberi test kibővítésévé válik. Commissioner by the Arts Council of Great Britain, the film Atmosfields brings together a great number of architect Graham Stevens' projects making use of inflatables. His work rejects the idea of architecture as something static and explores our interaction with our environment. Walking on Air and Walking on Water offer a perfect expression of this idea of a new relationship to the environment, the plastic membrane in both cases becoming an extension of the living body.
